Winesoju Inc. is a Toronto-based Canadian micro enterprise which manufactures specialized soju, the most popular spirit in South Korea.

 

Soju is a traditional Korean spirit with 17-20% alcohol by volume (ABV) containing mainly water and vodka.

 

Winesoju was incorporated by Mr. Hyungjong Kim on August 2008 with a mission to develop premium spirits.

 

After two years of extensive experimentation, he developed Winesoju by replacing the water content within soju with Canadian white wine. Launched on April 2012, Winesoju inc. has managed over $50,000 in revenue across Canada through direct delivery and local restaurants sales.

 

Currently in negotiation with LCBO, Winesoju Inc. expects to reach an agreement and make the product available at LCBO in the coming months.
